Magnolia House - Appartamento 1

Very spacious flat with excellent location! Positive: The flat was really spacious and there was enough of storage space. The air conditioning was fantastic and even when it was off the walls kept the flat cool. It was brilliant since I visited in August and the temeratures were above 30 degrees. The beds were very comfortable and the flat was really clean. The building is situated near the main road but far enough to be quiet. Me and my friend could have a good rest there. Location was superb since my cousin lives 10 min walking distance from there, but also it is near the main street, close to all the shops and restaurants. Tor Lupara doesn't offer a lot of places to rent, so overall this was a good choice. Negative: Lack of washing machine and coffee maker. We changed twice a day because of the heat and if not my cousin we would have to do a hand wash (there was a bowl provided). Coffee maker was on the list but not in the flat, quite disappointing. The water in the shower was going down really slowly and the toilet seat was really loose - something that could be looked at by the property manager.

Positive: Host was very helpful and it is a great location to go into Rome.

Positive: Great location in Fonte Nuova, within walking distance to several restaurants and a great breakfast spot. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. Many free parking options right outside the building. Check in and check out was easy and the owner and his family were very kind, helpful and always available if we had any questions. Thank you for a great stay! :)
