Positive: everything ! Ambra met us and even provided some essentials as it was late afternoon. The house is amazing, so much history and huge rooms. Two big bathrooms , spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen onto an enormous panoramic terrace. It's right in town ,a stone's throw from the castle , duomo and museums so handy for an evening stroll when they are illuminated and you can appreciate the architecture. The beds are comfy, the living room is massive , Ambra is a gem and full of useful local information. Certainly an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend it. Negative: Only that we hadn't booked it for longer! we felt so at home .
