Excellent Positive: The host, Gian, is very nice and always available if you need help. He showed us everything step by step, how it works. Even though he didn't speak English, everything was understandable. The house is brand new, modern, clean, safe and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and machines - including a dishwasher, a washing machine with all the necessary detergents and toiletries, such as toothbrushes, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, fabric softener, coffee, mineral water and I could list more. We felt at home in the apartment from the first moment. It is good to be aware that there is a dog and cats at the house. The dog is fenced and Gian arranges for the animals to be fed/watered himself. This did not cause any disturbance during our stay. The animals are not allowed in the house! Gian is a very attentive host, he awaited us with a snack in the evening upon our arrival and sometimes surprised us with various delicacies in the morning. For us, it was a perfect base due to its location - close to the highway - to explore the western part of the island and visit several destinations from there. We heartily recommend it to everyone Negative: There was no such thing!

Ottima struttura in ottima posizione, unico appunto, non è segnalata la presenza di animali all’interno dell’area verde Positive: Posizione della struttura, comodamente raggiungibile, servizi a disposizione, piscina e barbecue (con tutto il necessario già presente) Negative: Non posso dire che non mi sia piaciuto in quanto sono un amante di animali, ma la presenza di un cane e di un paio di gatti residenti dovrebbe essere indicata

Polecam wszystkim którzy chcą wypocząć i poleniuchować Positive: Zacznę od tego że villa ma 3 lata i jest nowiutka i pachnąca. W bardzo wysokim standardzie, wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba. Teren dookoła jest czysty i zadbany, a basen był ulgą w mega upalne dni. Materace jak i poduszki bardzo wygodne. Każda z sypialni ma swoją łazienkę z prysznicem. Na dworze znajduje się prysznic z ciepłą wodą z którego najczęściej korzystaliśmy :) Pan właściciel bardzo gościnny, rozmawiał jedynie w języku włoskim (co nie robiło problemu bo większość i tak pokazywał manualnie :) ) ale kontakt przez WhatsApp był normalnie w języku angielskim. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy lokalne przysmaki a lodówka była zaopatrzona w wina i napoje które były do naszej dyspozycji. Generalnie nie ma się do czego przyczepić i polecam każdemu kto chce wypocząć i poleniuchować.

Positive: La struttura è nuova, molto bella e accogliente. La parte esterna è il punto forte della casa, con una terrazza invidiabile dove godersi davvero dei bei tramonti. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile, gentile e attento, ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste e ci ha accolti con un gustoso benvenuto. Da non sottovalutare l'ampia possibilità di parcheggio, vista anche la posizione al di fuori dal centro abitato (seppur distante ad appena 5 minuti di auto). Non avremmo potuto chiedere nulla di più. Davvero consigliata

Positive: Moderne und umfangreiche Ausstattung. Lebensmittel wurden zum großen Teil durch den Besitzer bereitgestellt. Die Lage ist wunderbar zum erkunden des Nordens, Westens und Südens Negative: Die Ausstattung für Kinder und Geschirr könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.
