Negative: Meerblick nur seitlich vom Balkon möglich, frontal Blick auf Haus gegenüber.
Sehr dunkler Eindruck, Wohnung nicht lichtdurchflutet, Geruch nach süßlichem Parfum.
Mobiliar und Ausstattung sehr einfach, wirkt wie in Familienbenutzung mit persönlichen Sachen und nicht als Apartment ausgestattet.
