Una experiencia maravillosa de principio a fin. Positive: La limpieza fue excelente, la ubicación perfecta y el entorno ideal si buscas tranquilidad y escapar de la masificación. Si quieres conocer el norte de Cerdeña y tener una ubicación estratégica para desplazarte a los principales lugares de interés, este es sin duda un lugar perfecto. La zona es muy tranquila y agradable, y tanto Marco como su esposa son maravillosos anfitriones. Estuvieron siempre disponibles para ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos y, además, se prestaron en todo momento a recomendarnos sitios y darnos información muy útil para conocer la isla. La casa está totalmente equipada y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia larga. Nosotros estuvimos una semana completa y no nos faltó absolutamente nada. Se nota que está preparada y pensada para que te sientas cómodo desde el primer momento. Sin duda, una estancia de 10. Nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso y, si volvemos a Cerdeña, repetiríamos sin pensarlo. Totalmente recomendable.

Ci tornerei molto volentieri Positive: La struttura era accogliente e dotata di tutto, anche la posizione era comoda per raggiungere i vari posti in macchina. Il proprietario molto disponibile per quanto riguarda i consigli sulle cose da vedere, e in generale su tutto, alla fine della vacanza ci sono state anche regalate verdura e frutta del suo orto.

Clean but disappointing Positive: Close to Platamonia beach (10 minutes by car). Very clean apartment. Confortable beds. Negative: Right next to a cement factory (quite dusty and noisy during the week). No air-conditioning in the bedrooms although it was confirmed there was. The terrace in the photos seem to be shared with the neighbors (but you can use the tiny 1 meter wide hallway that has the garbage and the water tank). Felt very unwelcomed by the neighbors (they removed all the furniture that appear in the pictures on the terrace once they saw us using it, never said hello or smile and threw on the ground items that we had put on the drying rack). Doesn't have a coffee machine or a kettle. Owner doesn't speak English so communication is hard. Owners have dogs that bark throughout the day until sometimes 10pm.
