Magnolia House - Appartamento 2

Positive: Die Wohnung ist groß, in einem schönen gepflegten Garten gelegen und komfortabel mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, mit umlaufendem Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr gut für einen Besuch in Rom. Mit dem Bus kommt man preiswert in gut 1 Stunde z. B. zum Colosseum. Der Parkplatz an der Straße war o.k. Der Gastgeber Massimiliano und sein Sohn waren sehr freundlich und halfen uns sogar bei An- und Abreise, unser Gepäck zu tragen. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig zu erreichende Restaurants und Cafés. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Negative: Tutto Perfetto.

Positive: Appartamento bello e nuovo, host accogliente e cordiale, un po lontano da Roma centro. 20 minuti senza traffico. Per chi arriva con l'auto c'è un parcheggio sotto la casa. Negative: Niente

An exceptional stay at Magnolia House -spotless, comfortable, well located, and thoughtfully hosted. Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Magnolia House in Fonte Nuova. Massimiliano keeps the property exceptionally well maintained, with spotless grounds, common areas, and rooms, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The downtown location was excellent, especially being right in the middle of the weekend market.

Positive: Pulizia, parcheggio attiguo, spazio. Negative: In realta' e' andato tutto bene, piu' che altro forse sarebbe necessario aggiungere i porta asciugamani in bagno e magari un comodino nella seconda camera da letto. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Positive: It was renovated , clean and nice, the owner of apartment it was very helpful, he give us also a bed for my son , wich we didn’t order , he try to give us everything and to help us . I recommend for another people .
