Positive: Атмосферное место, но со своими нюансами. Старый дом, сделан косметический ремонт, ремонт в санузле. Внимательное отношение владельца. Был приготовлен замечательный завтрак. Negative: Не в очень хорошем состоянии спальные места, постельное белье и подушки. Было не совсем чисто.

Positive: If you are not looking for luxury but an authentic, rural italian house with its plusses and minuses, this property is for you. It makes you feel like in an old italian movie. The owner is charming, talkative man . Yes, there are few things to be improved but the minusses made the place even more interesting.

Very disappointing value for money Positive: The owner was a nice person. He was eager to share recommendations for where to go for sightseeing. Negative: Both the inside and outside areas were poorly kept and need a proper cleaning. It was disappointing to find a dirty terrace with broken furniture. There was also a hole in the floor covered only with a piece of wood - my son found it almost immediately. The garden wasn’t well maintained either, with bottle caps scattered in the grass. Some of us also had a poor night’s sleep, feeling uncomfortable staying somewhere so untidy. It felt like the owner either hadn’t noticed or didn’t prioritize cleanliness and upkeep.
