Acceptable stay, but not for 300€/night Positive: Very nice garden and outdoors, good for meals. The beds are comfortable and the A/Cs work well. House very well cleaned. Location good, in a quiet complex of villas and close to the beach. The owner is nice, even not speaking English. Negative: Very little privacy on bathroom of first floor, too exposed to neighbors. House too hot in general, A/C in rooms works fine but it should have at least an additional A/C on ground floor. The owner tried to charge 70€ cleaning tax out of booking. The tax was not mentioned before so we refused to pay. There should be blackouts on bedrooms to avoid sunlight at 7 am... The area of 70 m2 clearly include the gardens, the house is small. Wi-fi not available, although mentioned in Booking, and we felt the need since the phone signal is weak. The booking location is also incorrect, the owner had to send the location via Whatsapp. It was just one street away but it still should be corrected. To sum up, it was an acceptable stay, but confort and services should be better for the requested price.

Siamo stati una settimana a villa magnolia. La casa è molto accogliente e l’host, Andrea, è una persona molto gentile e Positive: Il giardino ben curato e molto funzionale. In casa ottimo il fatto di avere due bagni con tutti i servizi annessi. Cucina anche se piccola comunque ben fornita di tutti gli accessori

A very disappointing and misleading experience with hidden extra charges, poor comfort and facilitie Positive: Nothing. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing from the beginning to the end. I cannot recommend this property. Negative: The price shown on Booking was misleading. It was stated that the price included all taxes and fees, but after making a non-refundable booking we were asked to pay extra charges for cleaning and taxes. This information was not clearly shown in the property policies, but hidden in the company description, which feels very unfair to guests. The advertised size of 70 m² is also misleading. In reality, it seems that balconies and terraces were included in this number, while the actual indoor living space is very small. The house feels more like a small trailer or cabin than a proper 70 m² villa. They also asked for cash payments and did not provide any receipt. The villa did not match the description: the rooms were extremely small, the beds and mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was impossible to regulate properly. Because the rooms are so small, the air conditioner blows directly and too strongly, but without it the rooms become very hot and stuffy. The water pressure was very weak, and the plumbing was old and dirty. On top of that, they demanded an additional 70 euros for cleaning, despite the fact that Booking showed the price as fully inclusive. There is also no internet, which is mentioned honestly, but the property is in a complete mobile dead zone, so even phone signal was unstable with different mobile operators.

Positive: Il proprietario Andrea è stato super disponibile, ci ha dato diversi consigli per il mare e per i posti dove mangiare e ci ha permesso di utilizzare la casa anche oltre l'orario definito di checkout. Casa super, grande con un bellissimo giardino che è piaciuto molto anche alla nostra cagnolina Penny! Spero di tornarci presto!
