False Advertising as entire apartment even thou it is just a single room with a bathroom! Watch out! Positive: I am giving two stars solely for the positives: the apartment was clean, and the decor was genuinely nice and modern. (Even thou there were some dirty dishes when we arrived too....) Unfortunately, everything else was a massive disappointment that forced us to cut our stay short. Negative: The listing does not match reality: The property used the "entire apartment / entire house" filter and advertised a "living room." According to official Booking.com standards, an entire place means the guest has exclusive access to a bedroom, a private bathroom, and a private kitchen, with zero shared spaces. Here, it turned out to be a complete lie – there was no private kitchen at all, only a single shared one. Unacceptable host behavior: To make matters worse, as we were literally packing our bags to leave this place, we received an incredibly rude message in Italian demanding that we remove our belongings from the "shared space" (which was the kitchen). This just proved they knew they were running a shared property while falsely advertising it as private. Ruined holiday: Instead of enjoying our vacation, we had to waste an entire day searching for a new place to stay and fighting for our rights. Ignoring the guest: We initially wanted to resolve the issue amicably and reach a compromise. However, we were completely brushed off, and the host saw absolutely no issue with the situation. Booking.com intervention: The misrepresentation was so blatant that after we provided the evidence, Booking.com support officially sided with us. Following a management decision—and despite the host's heavy resistance—we were granted a full refund for the remaining nights.

Muy agradable pero caro. Positive: El sitio era cómodo, en el lugar adecuado para moverte en Matera, muy nuevo, con todo lo necesario, pero quizás era un poco caro. Pensaba que la cocina era propia y me di cuenta al llegar que se compartía con otra habitación, no es importante si lo sabes, pero por este precio hubiera elegido otra opción independiente.
