Positive: Great location and view. Everything as described. Minimalistic. Negative: No AC. No Wi-Fi.

Hot. Over priced. Under provisioned. Positive: Great position across from the Sea. Negative: Unfortunately we did not have a very pleasant experience here. over priced ++ It was SO hot in the residence (and I live in the tropics of Australia) And we did not get any sleep. We expected no AC as listed but there was no fan or other cooling method available. we were left without bin bags and no toilet paper. Sand on the couch. Plastic wrapping on cushions. Fridge and freezer had to be plugged in on arrival. We communicated multiple issues with the owner but they did not respond to our concerns for several hours. We ended up departing our stay early due to the dissatisfaction and chose elsewhere. A great decision in the end There is also no BBQ which was advertised (we were hoping to grill some fish. There is a no wifi ( which we expected) but this just all added up for us. Look elsewhere !
